Tulip festival in Washington Park

It was a lovely overcast, but warm day, so I took my camera out to the park to see all of the lovely tulips that were planted for the festival next weekend. After I got back I realized that I left my camera on the close up photo setting for most of my pictures, so the landscape shots didn't turn out so well.

They are so pretty! Some of those don't even look like tuplis! I don't have tulips anymore. They only come back for a year or two and then get smaller and smaller until they are gone!

Can't wait to see you in just a few days! Bet you are getting excited, anxious, nervous about graduation and the trip to Africa!
I am ~ about flying, swine flu, what clothes to wear?!
Call sometime this week.
I love you

Ooooh, so pretty! I'm glad you got out to enjoy those pretties. My favorite are the pink parrot ones in the last photo. And Washington Park, how snazzy! =)
